[01.104.011 64-bit] - [inaccuracy on slow movement]

    since a few patches there is a noticable inaccuracy when moving slow
    playing dx9, infinite low density, but it doesn't seem to matter

    1. even without dampeners movement < 0.3 m/s is negated on jetpack, larger ships may move slower but not reliably
    2. on certain directions movement is not smooth but some kind of zigzag and may lead to rather gamebreaking number 3
    3. slow movement can change direction. e.g. drilling with 0.5 m/s pure forward speed, slowing down and suddenly the ship moves mostly sidewards which leads to damage, the impossibility to drill straight tunnels with all the negative consequences like unable to drill forward in the asteroid and just flying backwards to get out.
    this is happening with some 'magnetic snap' which reeks of some floating point inaccuracy as it does only happen on slow speeds.

    sadly i had to stop playing (again) because of this bug, my mining concept can't work without being able to fly in a newton manner (forward thust means forward movement, not suddenly sidewards without some interaction)
    workaround would be small scale mining with something like the small drill ship from the starting scenarios or really large scale mining, a large plane of drills to eat the whole asteroid should work ... but that's an awful workaround concerning fun and game performance

    i tested a little bit for an hour to check if there is some mod responsible for this, but it just makes the effect stronger when i have many mods active. probably the effect is fps dependend which is about 40-100

    noticed something similar when mining 4 drill small ship on DS. Back half of ship exploded unexpected when moving forward like 0.5m/s while drilling. Happened couple times. Could also that floating ore hits back of the ship hard to say if it is that or sudden fast side to side snap.
    Also broke drills later when trying to approach asteroid 1-2m/s suddenly smashed to asteroid tho that could be lag spike also.
