[1.155] Turret "IsShooting" Boolean is broken when under player or AI control

    As of update 1.151, the IsShooting boolean for IMyLargeTurretBase is broken when under manual or AI control. When under control by the player or AI, the boolean always returns false; however, if you toggle the "Shoot On" property, it displays the correct value. In both examples below, I cast the turret as an IMyLargeTurretBase and an IMyUserControllableGun.

    Edit for clarity: IsShooting works fine for any FIXED weapons, but not manually or AI controlled turrets

    This causes issues when you are manually controlling the turret, yes :/
