2/2/2017 patch Space Engineers problems

    Hello, I've had SE working just fine pre yesterday's patch, but post patch it states I need a graphics driver update and anytime I try to place a block it crashes. Now I've uninstalled and reinstalled and both times to no effect, removing the %appdate% caches.

    my drivers are up to date

    it is very hard for me to find help with this, thus I had come here.

    I have tried other's ideas on how to fix it based on what I've read, but nothing seems to have worked

    I have uninstalled/reinstalled again but this time, no server for multiplayer is showing as a compatible version now with this fresh install. The patch states it is up to date on the startup menu screen

    hellp is there anyone going to help me with this?

    with yoru recent patch the game stopped owrking form e claiming my unused onboard graphics card drivers are outdated. reinstalled won't show any compatible games. Your workaround thread was outdated and had no help whatsoever in it

    I bet you have a Integrated Intel card and a Nvidia card.

    Others have been having this issue to, SE reporting your drivers are out of date. Even though they are upto date.
    Card you post your spaceengineers.log file content
    And
    What Integrated Intel card and Nvidia card you have.

    Looks like the most recent is 2016/04/04 but SE still wants it to update?

    And doesn't even recognise Nvidia card as meeting minimum requirements. It was running fine prior to update and works fine on Star Citizen.

    quick workaround
    Press Windows Key+R -> open the "devmgmt.msc" -> deactivate the Intel(R) HD Graphics (only your main GPU should be active) -> Profit

    DON'T do this if your monitor is not directly connected to your GPU

    Thanks for trying to help me but it hasn't worked.

    Keen's recommended system requirements are Geforce GTX 660 and I have a 670M so it should run. I think Intel has an issue with their latest driver also, its a beta driver and when I try to install it, says this computer does not meet the minimum requirements. If SE is looking for the beta driver then that could explain part of the issue but it should still run on 670M.
