Is there any way I can do this?
And if it's possible, making the switch of textures with [ and ]

I imagine you would have to create a duplicate of the block with the new texture then add it to the variants list that you could scroll through in the same way you select different variants of the corner blocks. Not sure how that data is managed though.

Do you know how to create new stuff duping existing blocks?

More or less, though I've not done it myself. A good place to start would be downloading this mod https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=436772465&searchtext= and looking at the SBC files in the data folder. That's how you define a new block using an existing model but a new texture. As for integrating it as an option on the original blocks I'm not sure. It would be worth looking at the multiblock.sbc in the main games data folder.

But the one who did this pretty sure knows modelling or proper retexture. My idea was to somehow re-associate a texture to a sbc
