    Maybe it has been suggested before, but why don't you use some kind of bug tracker instead of forum? Would be much easier to manage bug reports than through forum... Bugzilla, trac, otrs... there is a lot of them.

    No, it literally is not. There is a general suggestions forum for the game, I've no doubt they will take a meta-suggestion such as yours with no problem, but no one reads this forum except for people who work on the wiki. You won't find a dedicated web discussion since it comes up so infrequently.
