Can anyone tell me why my elevator is so glitchy?

    I finally managed to build a working elevator. It does work but its bouncy and glitchy I don't know why. I've been building this on a server, but the server is operating with 5.5 gigs of ram. So I don't know exactly why its acting like this, unless I don't have enough weight on the elevator to balance it? Here is the video.
