Didn't receive a copy

    My friend bought Medieval Engineers 5-6 days ago on Keens E-shop but he has yet to receive the game in anyway shape or form. He already registered it and activated so that's not the problem. I would really appreciate some help on this issue, if you need more details just ask for them and I will add them. Side-note: I've seen this issue pop up once or twice on other threads but no one has addressed it.

    So if your friend goes to the shop -> profile -> products, it says "already activated" for medieval engineers?

    And its not showing up anywhere in steam? (Make sure its the correct steam account)

    Sorry, I probably should have said that we fixed it. My friend was stupid and put it on the wrong Steam account!
