Ever wondered what would come out of the crossbreeding of a Lun class ekranoplan, an Il-76, an F-14 and the Avengers' hover carrier? Well, I guess something like this.

Even if wings are pointless now, that is a beautiful craft. Who knows... someone may mod aerodynamics in over time

    The ship looks nice.
There is already an aerodynamics mod by Digi. Also wings don't have to be pointless. On my fighter I use wings almost as you would IRL: weapon mountings, fuel tanks, thrusters (well, this part is more like airliners, rather than fighters). You just have to cover that stuff up. Armor Panels if you're using mods, catwalk (on large ships). That way visually the wing is still 1 block thick, but has a lot of utility.

I'm looking forward to it! I'm also building a completely redesigned version of this, with larger cargo hold/hangar and spaceflight capability.
