Not exact. The Cap ring is different. No grooves/extensions down to the side balls. One was 'inspired' by the other, although which came first I don't know.

 

A few years back, when KSH was searching for more 3D model/texture artists, the application requirement included an "art test" or something like that. People had to make and submit their own gravity generator for review.
