Can not find any solid info on what is causing this, deleted both this install and the steamcmd install and started from scratch just incase.
After reinstall did not modify any settings aside from a server name and a world name as required.
Server is running in a KVM environment(windows 10 pro) ontop of proxmox. is currently allocated 4 cores(2.3gherz each) and 8 gigs of ram.
If there is a error logfile output I'm not aware of that would greatly help me, or any help at all really. Lack of error messages is unhelpful unless the "Computer does not meet minimum requirements, forcing Experimental mode" is really the cause

Still no luck, so installed full install of steam and used that to launch SEDS. Seems to work, no idea why steamCMD install does not work.

Did you find a answer to this yet. We are also having the same issue with a dell power edge r610 server. We are kinda thinking that the 2.4ghz core speed is not fast enough thus giving a insufficient hardware error.

Sorry for late reply, WoW classic and 7days alpha18 have since come out.... :D
So brainstormed and decided to try installing a real steam client on the KVM. Have to login with a account that owns SE as far as I know to download the server installer. After installing from steam, launched and seems to be working. Working on the problem of playing game on other computer while steam is logged into this one :(
Still playing with it, just kinda back burner for now. If it is missing files one method might be download from steamcmd then from steam client, merge into the the steamcmd version without overwrite, if doesnt work, merge with overwrite, if works launch steamcmd and do a verification, then see if it fails due to steamcmd pushing a broken version.
Id love to do all this myself but.....WoW classic.
