German Translation Suggestions

Hi there,

I've just found 2 minor mistakes in the german translation.

When exiting the game to the main menu it says "Einstellungen vor dem Beenden speichern" - This means "save settings" in german. So its like adjusting settings in the options menu. A more fitting translation might be "Änderungen vor dem Beenden speichern?" which is like "save changes" or "(Möchten Sie den )Fortschritt vor dem Beenden speichern?" (similiar translation like saving manually).

Another suggestion: Mining silicon (Si) blocks. They are shown as "Silicon"-blocks. "Silicon" in the german usage is the word for the material you use for fake boobs e.g. or which you can buy for your bathroom to fill gaps.

"Silicon" (english, elementary symbol "Si") = "Silizium/Silicium" (german)
