I tried to make a ground vehichle which doesn't roll over since planets come but I am not very successfull. Today I used rotor to rotate wheels. Suprisingly they work great!!! With large ship blocks and 5x5 wheel it goes 20m/s (72km/h). Also it can be a lot faster with adding thrusters to back. There is only one control button; turn on/off rotors for going forward. I am in cockpit, when I press 1 it goes forward, when I press 1 again it stops. I can turn it easily left and right with mouse thanks to the gyroscope.

It is a shame that wheel suspension fails after all these fixes.

For rotor based vehicles an alternative way to keep all wheels touching ground:

(Set Torque and Breaking Torque to 0.)
