[Help] Localization for Chinese

    Question 1.

    Assuming I now have all the images of all the Chinese characters that are used in SE,
    how can I translate SE?
    e.g. How can I import these images?

    I have been using a 3rd party localization package (https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/3724103/SE01036011.zip).
    It works fine.

    Question 2.

    Can we add this 3rd party localization into the 'official' language list?
    Or if I reproduce this and provide source and makefile, can it be added to the language list?

    Using the above methods, Japan, may support the Korean language.
