I was playing in Keen's UK5 multiplayer server, i was going to jump next to an asteroid but i selected wrong gps for jump drive, it was the surface of the Europa.
Now i lost everything and i know that you can not normally jump into gravity zones.
And the artificial gravity was still working at the surface.
Can i get my materials back if it is a bug?

Your best bet may be to post this in one of the multiplayer help sections on the Keen Discord server.

It's like that episode of Star Trek where they found that transporter clone of Riker...

But they have an algorithm that's supposed to prevent that. Key words being "supposed to prevent"

the problem is that if you're far enough away from your jump point, it's possible that whatever body producing the gravity has been unloaded, so the game doesn't realize it's there when calculating the jump. I've jumped into the center of planets before. An unfortunate but simply overlooked fact.

Yea... you know in scifi legendary pilots are often known to have epic skill plotting jumps, thus not killing their crew and ship. From wing commander to star wars it is a "thing".
At least we don't have real stars to worry about, or singularities. I think malware is right. Time for a crash scenario.
