Help with world spawn nodes?

    Is there a way to force the world to reload all spawn nodes (or however they are called), I mean the spawn point of trees plant bots etc. so as to reset them to be as they originally were?
    Also, is there a limit to how many of this nodes can be in any given area/section(or however they are called)?

    Did I not explain myself appropriately? Or does this not deserve answers?
    I have a world where I used a mod that modified spawn nodes by multiplying them, is there a way to reset the generation of this so they go back to the way they were as in a vanilla world?
    I guess I'm asking for too much, that is too technical.
