You know how the F1 screen doesn't tell you everything? Say, pressing Ctrl+a to select all items in your control panel? Or ctrl+scroll wheel adjusts the distance from player when pasting grids?
I think gathering the wisdom of the community in one place might be in order. Do you know a key combo that's so common knowledge no one ever mentions it here in the forums? Tell it here! There's a good chance we all learn something new.

    Information gathered:
The scroll wheel changes the speed of the spectator camera, and shift increases the speed as if you were 'sprinting'(works in space master mode as well)
Ctrl+A in the control panel allows you to select all systems in the list, making it easy to change ownership
Shift+A in the control panel allows you to select systems between two points
Right clicking a slider in the control panel returns the slider to its default value
Right clicking while mining(by hand or otherwise) removes a large amount of voxels but yields no ore/stone
    Build from cockpit CTRL-G
CTRL+ Insert / Delete / Home / End / Page up / Page down - rotate blocks and blueprints by 90 degrees.
CTRL or SHIFT+P(unconfirmed) - Color picker
CTRL or SHIFT+Middle mouse - Paint a larger area. CTRL for a 3 block orb and SHIFT for 5 blocks(If I remember correctly, confirmation needed)
    Ctrl+B - Create blueprint
    F12 - Debug menu, (a metric crapton of)hidden settings
Ctrl+H - In creative, while having voxel hand tool selected, opens up a settings menu
Ctrl or Shift + Left Click - Move 10 or 100 of selected item between available inventories
Ctrl + Shift + Left Click - moves 1000 items at once. Double clicking the stack moves the entire stack directly
Right Click - Specify an amount of items you want to move between available inventories
Ctrl + Left Click + scroll wheel - Change spectator mode camera sensitivity(unconfirmed)
Shift + Ctrl + X, while looking at rotor block - cuts only the part of the rotor your cursor is on leaving the other in place
Shift+F(K by default?) opens the "local connections" screen, the one with a list of ships with owned antennas onboard
    P - Toggle landing gears/connectors/handbrake
    Ctrl+Alt+E - export ship's prefab definition and 3D model
New function for Alt: If you press it and then release it it resets your (3rd person?)camera. Toggleable in the game settings.
Up/Down arrow - recall messages you've sent previously in chat
To be continued...and maybe arranged a bit.

    Useful tricks:

When searching for a block in G-menu, it's faster to type than scroll. You can start typing without clicking on the search box first.

The TOP RIGHT container is always the one you are accessing directly.
containers on different structures that are connected by connectors (there's an accurate name for a block)
are color coded, usually yellow and then orange.

To quickly check your on hand cargo, don't forget the hide empty checkbox.

Looking for a large storage container that has gold and iron,
lar con gol iro. Or even shorter lar au fe.

Name your parts as you go!

When welding ships, rename the containers in your welders "welder cargo 1" and so on, so it's easy to
transfer stuff once connected to base. Type "we car" in the search bar and it shows up.

Use unique names for containers. E.g. mothership could have "stores", the ones on miners "holds",
and the ones on welders "pods". Makes it easy to transfer inventories.

Include the ship name in your groups. For something like a carrier it
used to get confusing for me which group of thrusters, reactors, or batteries I was working with.
Now I use "miner thruster" and "carrier batteries" so I'm changing the ones I want.

Useful with cargo containers, almost required with multiple pistons, rotors,
or wheel suspensions. No need to finalize the name, just add numbers/letters at the end
to indicate the order/position of the part, it can save lots of effort later setting up groups and scripts.

When you create a new ship and the game rng a name for it "small ship 5526", add the numbers
to the start of each block on that ship. Add unique identifiers to the end of the name.
so you'll have something like "5526 rotor L1 BtoC". With this method it's easy to run block actions via scripts.

A cockpit build from a blueprint preserves its toolbars in multiplayer.
you can also use spacemaster mode in multiplayer to cut and paste your ship and thus preserve your newly customized toolbar.

While hand mining, hold your interaction key(T by default) to collect most of the loose ore chunks immediately.

If you have two jump drives, you can make two jumps immediately after each other, as long as the first jump energy requirement fits within the charge of a single jump drive. You can do this by first activating jump drive A to make the first jump, then jump drive B to make the second.
This method works with any number of jump drives and as long as there's at least 1 full drive left - although you may have to look around which one is still full.
Jump drive mechanics work as follows:
    - Only fully charged jump drives will count towards total jump distance
    - Only fully charged jump drives will discharge
    - Jump drives discharge in the same order as they appear in your terminal. Note that this may mean that the discharged jump drive is not the one you just activated!
This can be handy if you happen to spawn too close to a pirate base, or if you want to make many jumps to look around space.

Alt+F10. F12 opens debug menu, where you can mess with all hidden settings in the game.

This is an old one and most people probably know it:

I believe the key combination to manually type in a value on a slider is CTRL + Left Click

    Edit:
Theres also a shortcut to move X amount of an object in inventory, as well as 10x, 100x. Cant remember those, but if someone does, it would be nice to post for newcomers :)

    Edit2:
Not a key combo, but a spot of helpful info...
Bringing up an inventory screen has two panes. Double clicking an item in one pane moves it to the TOP CONTAINER in the second pane. This means if you use the search above the pane to narrow it down to the exact container you want, you can quickly transfer materials to or from a container as long as they are linked by a conveyor network.

When in inventory, use Ctrl+ left click to move 10 items and shift+ left click 100. Right click lets you specify the amount you want to move.

I don't know if it's right but i think this is something new to many of you:

Left Mouse + Mousewheel + Strg
I think thats the right one else it's shift instead of strg

It changes the sensibility of the spectatorcam and maybe also the sensibility of the Normal one

    Edit: Strg = Ctrl

Shift+A in the control panal allows you to select systems between two points. You see Arron, Sage, Scott, and Tazoo use this allow on the joint survival series.

I'll edit the second post in the thread for gathered snippets of information. Also, I'd appreciate if a native English speaker could write a better introduction for the thread...

I'm a fluent American speaker (its not exactly English anymore is it now?) And the intro looks fine to me.

My tip isn't so much a keyboard shortcuts, but using your keyboard for searches. In several of the YouTube demonstration videos by players I see people scrolling through their G-menus or cargo looking for just the right thing. Sometimes it is faster to scroll, but if I don't see what I'm looking for I head to the search bar, not the scroll bar.

Also, to quickly check your on hand cargo, don't forget the hide empty checkbox :)

@MadGreyOne, In addition searches don't need proper words,

Looking for a large storage container that has gold and iron,
    lar con gol iro

    Or even shorter
    lar fe au

Really handy when you have obscenely large numbers of custom named blocks in complicated systems.

    Ooh! Let's not forget:

Name your parts as you go!

Useful with cargo containers as mentioned by @Ulfsark , almost required with multiple pistons, rotors, or wheel suspensions. You don't even need to finalize the name, just add numbers/letters at the end to indicate the order/position of the part, it can save lots of effort later setting up groups and scripts.

And speaking of connecting ships, include the ship name in your groups. For something like a carrier it used to get confusing for me which group of thrusters, reactors, or batteries I was working with. Now I use "miner thruster" and "carrier batteries" so I'm changing the ones I want.

so ill have something like "5526 rotor L1 BtoC"
I don't use groups, in fact, nearly all of the blocks in my builds end up hidden from the terminal and Gmenu. Instead they are run by scripts, in which case its really handy to be able to identify one specific rotor amoungst 60.

I just discovered this tonight. "Con com" is a way faster way to find those suckers.

I also use unique names for containers. The ones on my mothership are "stores", the ones on my miners are "holds", and the ones on my welders are "pods". Makes it easy to transfer inventories.
