Latest hotfix patch last night for this highlight update totally glitches out and makes EVERYTHING except the item you have highlighted turn BLUE.
To recreate, just put your crosshair dot on an item that can be highlighted. BOOM Everything else like grass textures and the world at large turns blue.

After some testing last night, it appears to only be turning the FOLIAGE blue. *edit* as in, you can turn off the foliage in the graphics setting to temporarily avoid this.
    PS. AMD twinners fist-bump, cbacon.

    Hello guys,

please try to turn off the antialiasing. This blue grass should be connected to it. We are working on fix, but we can offer only this workaround for now.
Tell us if that helped you.

    THanks for your reports.

I don't know if this is any help, but this happens in SE too.

I found this very helpful, but having to turn off the grass really dumbs down the way the scenery looks. Would love it if this could be fixed. Also an issue on space engineers, which pushed me away from that game.
