Identifying Component(s) used to assemble a block via scripting?

Is it possible to get the components used to assemble a block via scripting? Been looking everywhere for this and all I can find are websites. I'm perfectly cool with programming it myself, but there doesn't seem to be anything under Malwares API on Github.

For example: Large Cargo Container
