Karnivool, Love that ship...just don't be surprised if a future ship of mine looks similar lol. So homeworld.

Anyway, in anticipation of Planets I attempted to make a planetary landing ship....or a large ship capable of landing on planets. Using the Arrow design again Ive gone and made the Pathfinder Arrow.

Originally had 4 large containers unlike my Broadhead Arrow. However I removed two for the rear landing gear. Which is retractable. Unfortunately to keep weight down and compact theres no way to seal this ship. Without making it abit bigger.

So, I've been fooling around with several weeks and its finally ready for release,

    Original Concept vs the New

    Main Printer Housing
    [IMG]

    The Pit
    [IMG]

    Control Deck
    [IMG]
Should be noted that the tabs in the flight chair are assigned to the corresponding projectors (tab 1=projector 1, etc..)

    Build Stem
    [IMG]
While most people simply add the build stem to their ships, I went with the route that the printer should be providing this step on the projection.

    Setup Guide
    [IMG]
With out this setting up this printer is a pain in the ass. So as long as you follow the chart you should be able to build your own in survival quite easily.

Hope you all enjoy using this printer.

While crawling in between the Decks of my Galaxy Class i desided to do a little side project, a proper Nebula Class. No interior and no name but the frame turned out quite nicely if i do say so myself. Most likely horrificly inaccurate; it's mostly eyeballing. Overall dimensions should be fine though. You know. In the ballpark.

Another Ship created in my Survival Challenge, but I had to resort to pirating a few of the passing cargo ships because I am pretty sure I have run completely out of natural gold in my world :/

Wow, lot of good looking designs popping up on here in the last week or so. Nice job, folks!

Have one more of my own ready to go:

LN-211A-2 "USAF Iron Storm" Fuselage No. S559C1
    Link: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=466468075

The LN-211A-2 is a light assault ship produced by Spectre Aerospace's Heavy Engineering Division to serve as the primary escort and wing combatant ship in each Aerospace Expeditionary Force. Originally concieved as a replacement to aging escort weapons plaforms, the LN-211 quickly evolved into a frontline combatant capable of engaging all classes of hostile spacecraft.

The vessel's armament primarily consists of batteries of 25mm autocannon and unguided 200mm rocket emplacements providing all-aspect coverage for the craft. Additionally, the LN-211 is equipped with a Mk.3/8G small-bore gravity cannon mounted longitudinally on the underside of the assault ship, enabling engagement of heavy targets at extreme range. Later variants would also see equipment of various other weapon systems to enhance the warship's offensive capability. A single hangar is also provided, and is capable of housing most light fighters and strike craft, though typically the LN-211 is sortied with a reconnaissance vessel or light shuttle embarked instead of a combat small ship.

*No mods required, though I may release a modded version to improve this ship's offensive capability later.
*Fully survival compatible, with O2 and conveyor systems fully functional.
*I will post a more detailed description at a later time, when I have a few minutes to do the full performance work-up for the ship.

    Here is My creation:
They are part of my Tempest series of offroad trucks and capable of medium offroading.
The Design is inspired by The Russian KAMAZ Typhoon, which is known to ARMA 3 users as Tempest.
Main purpose is transportation of smaller amounts of goods to remote places(mines, outposts...), as well as exploring planets in a group with at least one Tempest of each model supporting wacj other.
There are 6x6 and 8x8 variants including:
    Reapair (in Front), Antenna/communication (background)
    Spotlight-Tower, Transport, Flatbed, Oxygen-transport.....

My only Problems are, that they slide on Astroids like on Ice (its an Stone astroid not an Ice one;)), but also Steering as the turning rasius is huge, because i just slide, even on Armor Blocks.
(i use gyroscopes very carefully to help turning)

Any Elite:Dangerous fans? I've been trying to recreate our beloved cheese wedges in SE, so far here are my feeble attempts at a Sidewinder and a Viper:

The rings are thought to be interchangeable or in case of danger, disposable.

Few mods used clear windows & tubes (should be in the game really those tubes). Rest is pretty much vanilla.
Performs well, I'll add those details when it gets fully fitted. :)

    Howdy!
This is my second fighter release: The WMI Kite Mk. II
She is a small and agile craft that is capable of taking quite a bit of damage thanks to her redundant systems! This craft was inspired by @Dwarf-Lord Pangolin's old fighter of the same name :)
    Hope y'all enjoy!

Some of you might remember me from my last post. I'm that guy who doesn't actually own this game but rather plays it at his friend's house and makes (self proclaimed) cool stuff. :p So on that note...

The excavator is in a half-finished state. The arm is complete, but the body is in its infancy.

Regardless of its current state, it is completely functional. From the single cockpit, the arm can be locked in place and the excavator can be moved. Once static, the operator can switch control to that of the arm and bucket, or to whichever tool is on the end.

Each tool houses a full set of thrusters (these are what let the whole arm and body assembly move). Furthermore, this also allows each tool to be equipped and unequipped quickly, to and from the arm, which offers quite a bit of stability in addition to an articulated conveyor system.

The whole rig is quite responsive, albeit stable. I find having tools attached to an excavator arms provides not only a new experience, but more precision compared to simply operating a mining drone floating in space.

Maybe I'll even add some new legs...

Oh how I do love this industrial aesthetic. It reminds me a bit of HAWKEN, to be honest. I do hope you enjoy what I've created, for its not every day I get the chance to play this wonderful game. (I really need to buy it some day)!
