Small Hydrogen Thrusters not working properly

I was making a Small Ship and when i placed Sm Hydo Thrusters on the Small cargo ports of the medeium Cargo containers and the oxygen generators there not turning on; i have here some screen grabs of the issue

First Hydrogen thrusters on either side of an Oxygen generator 2sm and one large

All three set to max override

and ice and power is present.

and ice is being consumed

This may be related to the bug on medium cargo containers that stops the small ports from working as ports.
