    i had a 2 x 4 light armor on the ground (unfinished) .. i needed to move to a new location so i packup, grinding everything on the ground. those light armor uses only 1 steel plates so they are quickly ground.
    i think grinding them too fast after the update can have the chance of leaving the grinding animation stuck.

    in the video you can see me try to reproduce it but it did not happen.

    it doesn't bother me too much right now. just happened once today.

    Others are reporting the same on Steam, I guess it's a new graphics bug.

    Grinding, welding, rifle-fire even the effects from the Nanobot mod are sticking around sometimes. The save im on at the mo is modded so I didn't report it until I can repeat it on a vanilla world.

    That said I found it amusing considering the update is called "sparks" of the future :D

    that's not new! I got this on almost every weapons effect, from acid to fire and electric - oh, wait, we're not talking about BL3?

    Ive seen welder flames do that. For along time now.

    Doing a save and reload removes it.

    I suspect its cause by the world saving while your grinding and moving- it somehow detaches from the tool.

    Just a guess tho
