Stargate Series ships

Thought it was about time i made a post regarding the Stargate ships myself and Molopix are working on and designing together.

First up is "Stargate Seed ship"/Half scale Destiny both from Stargate Universe that i am in the process of making. in the end i will have two versions of this, one being half scale destiny, the other being the stargate seed ship with stargates inside it being made!

Currently just the main "frame" is being done, tidying up hasnt been done yet

 

Just a lil update, taking a bit more shape now.

Ignore the randomness of colours, some of it is me doing it just so i can see properly, also the ship is going to have 6 levels in most places, with the minimum being 2 and max being 11. so its going to take quite a while to get around inside the ship

 

I've seen a lot of Stargate ships being built. Yours is the first one I've wanted to explore! Keep posting pics and consider steam workshop when it's done. This is going to be great

Nice little cross cut of some of the ship seeming how half the thing isnt built!

Floors are the differant colours for now., White, White, Blue, Yellow, Yellow,Black, Green (not visible)

Some of the floors are only one level high, some two and a few are 3 ie the black floor has 3 blocks of height.

Added the "docking port" for the shuttle






And the best for last! the stargate building room (no stargates currently, they will be small ships docked in there once docking works)

ive been working on a puddle jumper too though i am currently working on the SGU shuttle

 

Imported my shuttle into my Seed ship build to test things

 

Taking a little break from Seed ship/shuttles whilst i am working on a larger stargate project, if i manage to complete the larger project it will be in excess of 4million blocks (will be lots of waiting for optimisation and such) but it shall be a crowning glory and possibly the largest ship Size, Weight and to 1:1 scale in space engineers
