Suggestion Completed Time limit between downvoting of posts

    I think there should be a time limit between downvoting of posts to help prevent childish trolling.

    That's quite a clicking spree. Blatant behavior such as that should be blocked by the forum.

    When adding ratings i also included some rules to that work with it. One of them is that it is now allowed to spam ratings.
    Anyway, next time you can simply report the rating spam by reporting the user and saying that the user is spamming ratings, adding proof in a form of a image is also nice. As for leewells2000 i revoked his rating privilege.
