Update 01.075 - Airtight hangar door, New turret targeting options

    Summary
    Airtight hangar door has been added to the game. Players will now be able to build large pressurized hangars for their ships and stations. Additionally, new options for turrets are now available that allow players to set targeting solely on stations, characters, small ships or large ships. Moreover, players can now switch the oxygen and sensor blocks ON/OFF from the toolbar, timer and sensor. Also, rockets will no longer destroy non-armor blocks in one shot and they will require less material for producing them. Lastly, we added a scrollbar for actions that can be assigned to toolbar in G screen.

    - airtight hangar door
    - new turret targeting options
    - ON/OFF options instead of check-box for oxygen blocks and sensor blocks
    - scrollbar for actions in G-screen

    Fixes
    - fixed rockets destroying non- armor blocks in one shot
    - fixed loading times
    - fixed crash caused by Havok
    - fixed issue of switching to toolbar when G screen is open
    - fixed issue with door exploding in Easy Start 2
    - fixed issue with fighter ship damaged in Easy Start 2
    - fixed issue with ice falling into asteroid when using hand drill

    Ok. so my guesses were (mostly) correct

    How long is a single door when closed?

    Retracted: 1 Block
    Extended: 4 Blocks

    Resulting in a maximum opening width of 6 blocks when door blocks on both sides.

    Plus it most likely will not have any problems about multiple grids on one ship like piston doors. (Did not test it yet, but it makes sense as it uses the same principle as a normal door)

    Considering the maximum length/width of 6 blocks, it seems Blast Doors aren't completely useless.

    BTW has anyone tested to see if the Antenna bug is still happening?

    While I've never been a fan of oxygen (I feel it adds nothing to the game), I'm pretty stoked to see this new compact door design. Very well done. This gives us a much more useable and stable design for hangars.

    So, downloaded update, went happy to play with new doors, but nope, they are useless :( Unless you just want small doors, then those are great, but they are too small (extention length) and you cannot choose how far will they extend. If you notice, the piston doors leave same space as the new ones, exactly 8 large blocks, but the new ones require you to have 2 blocks "pillar" in th emiddle, so larger shipw will NOT fit trough.

    So I am forced to stick with my great piston doors. Not air tight, but works well.

    Maybe in the furute. I hope.

    My suggestion: Make same block thats base is 2 blocks in lenght, that way they could extend 2 times more. And give us ability to control how far will they extend.

    Did you verify this in game? From the vid it looks like extended is 3, so doubled up max opening of 4 blocks.
