VRage2 Pricing

I represent a small development team that is interesting in using the VRage2 engine for a series of projects over the next year.

Keen mentioned in a press release some time ago that it was interested in igniting interest in total conversion modifications and game developers using VRage2, but I have not seen much information about this on the forum or website.

If we were to create a total modification product for space engineers (non-profit), How much would it cost for the use of VRage2?

If we were to create a stand alone product for commercial sale, How much would it cost for us to use VRage2?

When it comes down to it, we need to know the pricing structure of VRage2, and if there are incentives available for us to use it.
Any information KeenSoftwareHouse can shed on this matter would be beneficial to us.
