I am a professional software developer (not game) working in the corporate world, and would be interested to know more about the size, type, composition, and practices of the Keen Software House development team. How many people are on the team? Is everyone on the team located in the Czech Republic, or are there any remote employees? What is the breakdown of coders, artists, management, etc? Marek Rosa appears to be the founder and CEO, does he also write code? Do you use git, subversion, or a similar repo system for managing your code? If so, how often are the coders committing? Do you have a specific release cycle timing, or does it revolve around when features/fixes are ready? Any insight into your group would be appreciated.
