[V2.0] ME World Machine Map Texture Macros!

    V2.0 of my macro brings new multi-macro functionality to increase ease of use, flexibility and simplicity for only $20!

    Tree Mapper

    Code:
    Creates a treemap bitmap based on the given heightfield.
    Parameters include height, angle, and controls for the amount
    of each tree type you want.
    
    Code:
    Creates a heightfield mask for the placement of a certain voxel/biome
    to be added in the Biome Adder macro. Includes controls for height
    and angle as well as custom operations for flow maps and
    snow depth maps with a given amount slider to control the amount.
     
    *Note you can put other maps in the flowmap input.
    
    Code:
    Adds all the masks created by the Biome Adders (and maybe other custom masks)
    into one Biome map output. This allows you to either use your own custom
    colors for a nice preview of the world or use the red channel biome colors for
    exporting the final map.
    (information when you click "help" in the macro)
