    As of the API changes in 01.142, in-game scripts are no longer permitted to access the MyRelationsBetweenPlayerAndBlock enum. As a result, the return value of IMyTerminalBlock.GetUserRelationToOwner() appears to be meaningless, because it cannot be compared to anything. This issue remains in 01.143.004.
