I've made a blank Solution for in-game programming. It contains References to the gamelibraries and an Script template.

The uses and the structure are based on the latest source available on github.

Only thing you have to do is to fork, clone or download the project, export the Template and maybe change the path to SpacenEngineers in the Project. (there is a more detailed description on GitHub)

You can find it here: https://github.com/BaconFist/SpaceEngineersIngameScript-BlankProject

Why don't you use the "PrepareScriptMod" file in (Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SpaceEngineers)?
that will setup everything you need for visual studio.
