bad experiences with hoster gamerzfactory.de

Hi Engineers,

just 2 weeks before we just decided to get a hosted dedicated Server and just took a look at the official recommended server hosts. After we've done some reviewing of the hosters we decided to choose gamerzfactory.de ... so far so good. In the first two weeks there were no problems. We could easily acces the hosted server, the server was easy to manage and everything was fine - until May 19th.
Just like that the server was switched off after 2 weeks and the customer portal says that the hosted server was cancelled, just without any information via mail and what's most important even though we've paid for a whole month. So we've opened a ticket and sent a mail to the support, but till today there's absolute no reaction.
After a closer look to google and some rating portals, we had to realize that this hoster don't have a good reputation, e.g. Trustpilot (https://de.trustpilot.com/review/gamerzfactory.de)

We're totally pissed of, because we've lost 2 weeks of ingame work. Of course we're aware the we're speaking of "just a game" and the monetary part is just not much, but we would like to let others know, that probably choosing another hoster might be a good idea.

Perhaps some officials from Keen Software House are reading this and they think of the possibilty of revising the list of Dedicated Server Hosts (https://www.spaceengineersgame.com/official-dedicated-servers-hosts.html), as we're thinking that this company has already ripped of enough customers.

P.S.: The hoster g-portal.de is just another subsidiary of the parent company Ociris in munich.
