Battery explode ?

Helle everybody,

For my first game on SE, I chose stellar system map in a solo survival mode.

I built a little base at 6 km of my earth-like pod, on an iced lake.

The little base is only :
- Wind turbine
- Battery
- Refinery
- Assembly

I walk to my pod and when i came back to the base, Battery and Wind turbine are diseappeared and a hole in place of battery and wind turbine.

Refinery which is near that smokes a lot.

What happened ? Is battery explode when too much power in it ? Is the ice broken with too much weight on it ?
