Crash during Launch

please help this game always crashes when i try to start it and then it tells me to update my graphics drivers and windows i have attempted to do both of those multiple times but cant because i already did it and then it tells me that my graphics card isnt good enough but i know that isnt true because i have a Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1050 ti and my friend has the same graphics card and can play it here are the logs or you can use this link https://paste.is/p0ohdl2ut/ngrmxi
