Disable area tax system?

I was wondering if there's a way to disable the tax system or perhaps make a mod that makes one stone in tax last 10000 years or so?

Turn off abandoned building decay and simply don't build the claim block. Unless you really want the claim to be there... That's the easiest way if I am correct.

 

I semi-solved it by creating a temporary mod which made large stones add the maximum amount of time (about 6 days) so I'm set for now.

 

Just make a mod that gives new claims a 999999 remaining time
