fast deleting blocks in creative mode ? How ? I might have messed up the short cut

Hi,

please help me... Usually I play in survival (for roleplay / fun)... But I'm working on a big project with lots of trial and error, and while I can fast build in creative mode, is there no way to delete blocks in the same manner ? Not sure if there even is a short cut. I'm sick of grind each block manually, even when set to 5x....

Same way you place them quickly. Except you right click and drag.

 

Nope, not working I even loaded the control defaults, and also switched from "single block" building to "line".... no effect, there is no right click working.. The block get's "marked" (that cube outline), but nothing more happens. I only can use my tools

 

Ah, found it .... I have to select a block of any kind, not a tool.... Thanks for the hint with the "drag"
