So my idea for a cool new block is power generation that generates power as reverse of altitude. Basically an inverted wind turbine in the sense that the farther down the more power it produces. Probably a cutoff so that it produces zero up until a certain depth and then ramping up to a max that it can produce.

Make it really big and expensive so that a well developed base can generate power in a way that is not vulnerable to space attacks. Then you can put some ground based lasers on the surface that take up a lot of power and whatever else and hide your base underground.
