Help with mods.

Hi, recently I downloaded this mod.

And for some reason this mod alone and just for me won't work properly, the model appears in game but without textures and pink, I've tried verifying the game integrity, unsubbing and resubbing and deleting mod folder, all of this several times and still not working, any idea what might be going wrong?

 

It appears that now at least one other person has the same problem, but guessing by the lack of response, probably no one knows whats wrong.
