How do I edit the sbc file?

I am trying to change the small collector but I can't seem to edit the sbc file. how do I open and edit this file?

 

It's pretty much an XML file with a .sbc extension. Any text editor can open them.
I personally use Notepad++. It's a very good text editor and helps a lot when working with html, php, xml, xsl files, since it understands tags in those types. However, it will see .sbc as plain text and won't understand the tags. You'd have to make a proper xml copy of the file for that.
