Need to adjust Sun position when day&night cycle is off

    I wish I could adjust Sun position via settings or admin tools.

    Press Strg+Shift+F12 and go to Render. Under Environment Atmosphere you can change the state of the sun. Hold Alt to move the slider. I think you have to be in creative, but Iam not sure.
