    Hello! Would you please give me advice about VS? How do I make the script to tell timer block to start at game start? I know there is StartTimerBlock and TriggerTimerBlock function, but I don't know how to make them start at game start. At this time I already have the world in scenario screen, the script is attached to the world and I managed to make the chat send a message when I enter the trigger. I keep having problems with timer block though. I can't make it start on trigger and I don't know how to make something happen on game start. Thanks for tutorials of both of you, they were great and I am having quite a bit of fun with VS.

    Hello everyone! With the news of the new update having fixes/upgrades for the VST, I will be diving headfirst into the changes. I'll be updating my existing tutorials and adding new ones when I can. I unfortunately cannot promise speed but I will do my best to cover everything.     I mean someone asked a question over a year ago with no answer (see above ^) So questions may not be too abundant here. ;)

    I used to answer questions on a per person basis, and would start a private chat to work one on one with the person who asked. Looking back I realize this was not the best practice as it prevented others from learning from the questions/answers.

    Moving forward I'll do my best to keep everything in the thread so others can gain.

    Hello new tool seems to make things more easy, but to focus also on "campaign / scenario" so players will need a new "tutorial" with a good vision of "why should i have a main script, and then a machine script, and what part will override the other". Also "How to publish the whole stuff + good practices. Also after tests good news is that you could re open old scripts in the new VST release, but need extra works if you have sub scripts (so others scripts used than the level script).

    Often i loosed time wondering why nothing load in game. Even a small wrong input type in a sub machine script will disable the whole script batch, without any error showing up.

    I need help with the VRageEditor Script Editor. I think I am using the new version. I am trying to follow the videos above but the new editor is different. Can someone spend 5 minutes to throw something together on how to enter the trigger area and show a message? It doesn't have to be perfect just some steps will do. Currently I have a game/world with an entity with a trigger attached. I just need the VRageEditor Script Editor part.

    Thanks 666Savior for the video. With your help I figured the trigger out. But now I am having issues with the files not loading into the F11 screen under the Running mission scripts and the Running State Machines in the Game. Can you help?

    Mission script will not appear often :
    - when you have an issue in script logic (like using an integer into a string input)
    - when you reloaded a savegame without script link (in the sbc you have 2 place that should point to the scripts)

    How do you use GetOnlinePlayers List in the Visual Scripting Tool?

    From a previous post I fixed the issue with the files not loading into the F11 screen under the Running mission scripts and the Running State Machines in the Game.
