Tips for "unable to save, out of memory"

Since we don't have dedicated server yet, I thought it would be nice to start a thread with players tips for Xbox on how to not run out off memory so that you can continue to save the game.

My main tip is to make sure you complete welding armor blocks (and all blocks) because that seems to take more memory when they are not at 100%

Any other ideas?

 

I just had this issue happen, and don't understand why... "Cannot save-too many blocks in world"

Says 2100/100000 blocks built
and 18731 PCU left to go

Now I do see the one grid saying it's only 10 blocks, which i know for sure is way more than that. So maybe block count is screwed up?

 

On world's with npc spawns they also use up your block limit but do not seem to be counted.
I checked this by hitting the limit then using admin tools to delete a spawn and I'm able to place again.

So as much as I love doing big builds and playing with lots of NPC's, can't really do both at the same time atm.
