Tools are innaccesible.

    I can no longer select any of the three tools, they look greyed out on the tool bar?

    Check to see that you have those tools in your inventory. Sometimes people inadvertently dump them in a cargo container.

    Or you have an improved version. Those have their own Icon for the toolbar
