Turret minimum/maximum rotation and elevation setting.

    This may well have been requested/suggested/dismissed/attempted/poo-poo'd in the past, but I figure I'd stick a post in here.

    Gatling turrets are a massive pain if your ship is not a rectangle. The turret AI is obviously fairly poor, it fails to understand that it's own grid is in the way of it's target. Before you know it, your beautifully crafted non-rectangular ship is now riddled with holes.

    So perhaps, if there is not an easy way of getting the turret AI to detect it's own grids, could someone write some code to allow some 'rotor-like' sliders for turret's minimum and maximum rotation/elevation limits? I could quite happily then set a -90 to 90 arc that the aft PDCs can fire and won't tear a new hole in the fuselage.

    Any takers?
