VILAYER Hosted server :(

Against my better judgment, I've paid for a SE DS through Vilayer. I'm going on 24 hours now with no access to the server control panel nor any response from their help desk despite them plastering "24 hour support" everywhere.

I'm extremely disappointed that they would be listed as an official server hosting provider on the SE website and then them provide such poor service.

Thus far 10/10 do not recommend.

 

Hardly surprising when last time I looked that page still lists companies that have either ceased trading completely or no longer provide SE servers at all. General review sites rate Vilayer as pretty terrible generally anyway. It's a shame you had to find this out the hard way :/
