Where are the Active NPC Welders?

Hey ya'll!

Does anyone know of any NPC owned welder blocks that still spawn in Vanilla Survival and are turned on?

According to the PreFabs there are plenty of ships/grids which spawn with a welder block but they are always inactive or only spawn in scenarios. I see a couple that have a timer block tied to the welder/welder group but the action always seems to be "turn off".

I know there used to be the "Welder Drone" [I think it's (DL._Inc)_Welder_Drone_Mk_II.sbc in PreFabs] but that one seems to have been removed from the SPRT Drone Spawn Groups.

I'm starting to worry that they may no longer exist! I don't really want to edit one in (that'd ruin the fun).
