    In case you haven't figured it out, I like the anime Black Lagoon.

    So much so that I built the Black Lagoon itself, or at least something that sort of looks like it.

    It doesn't have much of an interior at all, but it does accelerate nicely on oceans of ice.

    To make a long story short as to how it works:

    The thing actually has three wheels on the bottom of it. Yes they are attached to a suspension system each.

    The wheels don't steer; steering is done via gyroscopes.

    The wheels have their friction value set to zero, each.

    The atmospheric thrusters on the ship provide the forward delta V.

    Anyway, it does have four non-reloading, manually-reloaded rocket launchers on the sides of the craft. They're mounted on rotors which have their safety locks on and are tilted either 10 degrees left or 10 degrees right. This simulates the torpedo launchers that you often see on the sides of Elco PT Boats.

    If you watch the anime Black Lagoon, you'll know the Lagoon itself has a flat gray coat of paint on the hull, and a red keel below the water line. Why Dutch had it painted that way, I don't know, but that's how the boat looks in the show, so that's what I did here.

    I know I gave the thing a Z-Tech prefix even though it's not an original design of mine, but the thing is that it's not a perfect 1/1 Elco PT Boat, it's just based on the design and heavily looks like one. I had to edit a few things to make it work, and stick a few things on it that you'd never find on an Elco PT Boat from the second world war.

    I'm thinking about removing the Z-Tech prefix, but I'm not entirely sure if I should or not now since I did have quite a bit of to-do work to get this thing to work right in SE.

    This makes me wish Space Engineers had water. Just imagine the naval combat with submarines and everything ;_;

    Nice work though! I really like the color scheme and how curvy it is! Will it have Anti-Air weaponry?

    Well, the design is an actual boat from the second World War, namely an Elco PT Boat Fast Attack Craft/Torpedo Boat.

    The actual Elco PT Boats in World War II did have anti-personnel and anti-air machine guns, yes, but this one doesn't for two reasons:

    1: this particular boat is modeled after the Black Lagoon from the anime of the same name. This boat, in the show, didn't have AA guns mounted to it because its owner, Dutch, didn't want a bunch of heavy armament sticking out of his boat (namely because it would just draw attention to them and make it harder to sneak past the customs inspectors in the south China sea). Since this boat is an attempt at a replica of the Black Lagoon in Space Engineers, and the Black Lagoon didn't have AA turrets mounted, I didn't put any turrets on this one.

    2: Even if I was trying to make a historically-accurate Elco PT Boat, the turrets in SE have a wide base and wouldn't fit in the small areas where the machine gun turrets on an actual PT Boat were mounted. I was working with really limited room here and didn't really have the ability to put the right kind of turrets in place, and I only build in vanilla, so as a result I had to make due with the blocks that I had.
